I loved the old world charm of this place, though I do not think it would be for everybody. A friendly welcome (in very good English), a comfortable basic room with sunny balcony and plenty of hot water, a good bed and a quiet night :) The WiFi is excellent, one of the best I've ever come across in a hotel. The things I missed were an elevator, fresh bread at breakfast and a fluffy bath towel (you get a thin cotton one).

I stayed here one night on the Via Francesco and it was a great time. I did not make a reservation before arriving, and Anna generously put me in a fantastic room. Breakfast was amazing too.

Perfect location, clean and great shower. Lovely breakfast and a lovely helpful member of staff Elenia who organised a taxi for us this morning when our own transfer cancelled 30 minutes before we were due to leave for the airport. Grazie Elenia
