Before anything else, I want to say that every person on the staff deserves real credit and appreciation. Andrea at reception and every woman on the reception, breakfast, and cleaning teams were outstanding. What I loved most is that they always did their best to find a solution for you, no matter what. The location is very central. The spa is small but very clean and well maintained. The lobby is honestly one of the nicest I have seen in northern Italy. Breakfast may look simple on paper, but the cakes and cheese are the best I have had in Cogne, thanks to the pasticceria behind them. The only thing I would add is a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Overall, an excellent stay and a place I would happily return to (soon)

The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and proudly traditional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and it’s worth noting that the bedding and pillows are duck down, which is important information for anyone with feather allergies. The rooftop spa area is extremely cosy and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience — a definite highlight and 10/10 from me 🙂 After four breakfasts, however, it became clear that the restaurant may not be suitable for vegans or guests with food intolerances, as foods are not labelled for allergens. Plant-based milk or yoghurt alternatives are not displayed; although soya milk is available on request, it is provided in a very small jug for coffee only. Those with specific dietary needs may find it easier to bring their own alternatives. This is a traditional family-run hotel and does not aim to cater to more modern dietary expectations. Guests travelling on prepaid half-board packages should not assume that dietary requirements can be accommodated, even if advised otherwise by a travel agent. My fellow travellers enjoyed their breakfasts, as well as meals at the sister hotel in the village. This review is not intended as a criticism of food quality, but simply as helpful information for potential guests with allergies .

So attentive to detail and courteous. All the staff were so helpful- The hotel was tastefully decorated with lovely art everywhere. The living room was so welcoming with the fire and soft furnishing to read or have a drink. The room was beautiful and the toiletries provided were above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of options and they provided for my dietary requirements with care. The location was excellent, a walk from the shops, cafes and slopes. 100% recommend and can't wait to go back to try the spa as I did not have time on this trip!
