I've been going there for years. Courtesy has always been a hallmark of theirs, and of all the staff. But now, for quite some time now, there's been a person on the staff who truly seems to have nothing to do with the principles of kindness mentioned above, so much so that if I see that person, I prefer to leave without coming in. I've written everything down. The missing 2 stars are for this inconvenience: the store will lose some sales, but my health will definitely gain.
