Great house. Great owners. Friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings. Cool breeze. Rooms are vast. There is even a private guest only art show. Stay here.....You won't regret it. Needs a new washing machine. No internet....But you should be able to get by. Sunroom is absolutely fantastic. Worth every cent.

The best country house I've ever seen. Three floors of a typical Asturian house with an incredible veranda for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Any photo you see doesn't do it justice; you have to experience it for yourself. The construction and decor are very natural and authentic, giving the feeling of a real home. Every room has its own charm, and you can spend hours wandering through the house and grounds, forgetting all your worries. I know I plan to return as soon as I can. I'm writing this sitting on a sofa in the enormous living room just seven hours after arriving, and I feel brand new. Furthermore, the host was very kind, and everything in the house is in perfect condition. So, I can't recommend this place enough, especially since it's located in Somao, one of the most beautiful villages in Asturias, and therefore, in the world.
