In May, I accompanied my class on a school trip to Innsbruck, and we had a fantastic time! The accommodation was excellent. Stephan and Katharina were incredibly easy to deal with, and communication was seamless from the start. The rooms are new and beautifully furnished, and the location above Innsbruck is ideal. The city center is just a 15-minute ride away by public transport. The grounds offered the children plenty of space to play outdoors, and there was even the option of having a campfire. Breakfast was plentiful and had everything you could possibly want. I highly recommend this accommodation!

In May, we had an appointment to visit this daycare center, which we had arranged in advance. However, the lady who greeted us seemed to have completely forgotten about the appointment. She told her colleagues that she would be back shortly and then gave us a very unmotivated tour of the facility without any details. We were told at the time that there were available spots, and we agreed that our child would start at the daycare center in September. Due to our special circumstances, I asked if it might be possible to start a week earlier. The lady understood our urgency and explained that she would do her best but could only confirm September for now. We had been transparent from the beginning that we had another facility that could accept us from mid-September, but that our priority was this daycare center, even if it were only possible a day earlier. Shortly thereafter, we received an email requesting payment of the fees. I immediately paid the fees in full for both children (four months before the start date). However, after the payment, the tone and behavior of the facility changed completely. We were told the start date would be communicated the following week, but after ten days, when I politely inquired, I was told in an unfriendly tone that they were busy and not to send any further emails. Then we were suddenly informed that the start date was September 31, which is absolutely ridiculous! When I complained about this, I was told we were welcome to transfer to another daycare center. When I finally found another daycare center, even though there were still more than four months left until the scheduled start date, I was told that the fees I had already paid would not be refunded. It is truly disgraceful that they withheld the fees for both children without offering even a single hour of care and were extremely disrespectful to me. Our experience with this daycare center, especially in terms of communication and management, was extremely disappointing. I would never have expected such behavior from an educational institution.
