Berg- und Naturcamping Grächbiel AG

This campground was a pleasant overnight stop for our visit to the Zermatt area. The views of the valley are excellent, and the host, Sarah, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Here are some key points from our stay: Facilities: The washrooms and toilets were exceptionally clean, the best we've seen on our trip. Toilet paper is provided, but bring your own body wash. Amenities: There is no communal kitchen, which was a surprise, but we were able to use our own portable gas stove. The dishwashing area was a great plus. The WiFi was also good. Location: While it is a little out of the way for Zermatt, the peaceful location and views made it a worthwhile trade-off. Atmosphere: The sound of cowbells from the nearby farm animals was a nice touch.

Beautiful camp site. Best view I ever had while camping. Facilities are super modern en clean. You can park your car on your place which is also very nice, places are large enough for it. Great place to stay if you want to visit Zermatt. Site is somewhat expensive though, even for Swiss standards.

Sarah was a lovely host for our one night camping stay, she (and Mica the dog) was very friendly and accommodating to us. All facilities were very clean and the pitches were near and tidy with a FABULOUS view!! I would absolutely stay here again, couldn't recommend it enough. It definitely wasn't the cheapest campsite I have stayed at in the area, but the view was stunning and in May, was very quiet
