Best Western Hotel Rivoli

Romantic boutique hotel in a quiet part of Rome, located in dead end and next to big park this hotel feels very private. Service is very friendly, rooms are stylish and clean, lots of space, good wifi, tea, coffee, mineral water on tap. We really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast 10 Euro. I really recommend this hotel Rivoli and I would be happy to be back.

We’re from Canada and have stayed at many Best Westerns, but this one in Rome truly stands out — better than 90% of the ones back home! The staff were kind, respectful, and very professional. The rooms were clean, with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed peaceful evenings listening to the birds. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, tasty, and with great variety. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but tram and trolleybus stops are nearby for easy access to the city. We chose to walk — it took us about an hour to reach both the city center and the Vatican, and it was a beautiful walk. Highly recommend this hotel — it felt like a perfect home base in Rome!

I stayed at this hotel four times, but I will no longer look for a reservation there. The only good thing that the hotel keeps is the location. The rooms are very deteriorated, the bathroom uncomfortable, and it is impossible to keep a stable water temperature. The receptionist (the same on all my trips) was kind on the first trips but now is grumpy. Although classified as a 4 star, it has lost 3.5 stars, and I don't think it has enough merits to earn a single star or even keep the BW brand.
