Property booked for a weekend, disappointing as the photos didn't relate to this property: the terrace in the photos is of another property, not a loft with a private beach, but a studio apartment with street access; the furnishings are very nice, but not very functional. The mezzanine (the bedroom) is difficult to reach due to the iron structure missing stairs (photo). The interior is in poor condition, with deteriorated walls, a hairdryer unusable due to a melted nozzle, and exposed electrical wires. There is no Wi-Fi and no parking (the ad stated otherwise). Ants and cobwebs in the furniture. The owner was hostile when I expressed my displeasure and requested an explanation for the misleading photos. Since he lives next door, he simply WhatsApped and said he would remove the misleading photos. Upon arrival, we asked if he had a Sunday check-in, since we wanted to take one last swim and leave at a leisurely pace, and were told no, that we could leave in the afternoon. He called us after 1:30 PM saying the cleaning lady had to come to the house to check in. We had to rush back from the beach and leave within an hour. In all the years I've spent in Puglia, this is the first time I've experienced such a mishap, and above all, such unkind treatment. They don't issue a receipt for cash payments.

The property is truly lovely, modern, and unique! The property manager, Michelangelo, is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs and requests. The loft's location is strategic for getting around both the sea and the interior. I highly recommend staying here!
