We spent 2 nights in this hotel and had no issue whatsoever. The rooms are small but well designed as well as clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly yet professional. We used the spa service which was very welcomed. We also had to use the laundry service. All services that are handy to have on site. The breakfast was very good and more than complete. Plenty of different options and many fresh products. Would have no issue recommending this hotel and coming back if we are ever in this beautiful area.

Stay was pretty medium. The spa closes real early, after asking they let us use it a bit longer. Room was not really clean, some visible fungus on the celing. Used towel of the previous guest still in the bathroom. Was informed wrong about the parking spot as well, had to ask at the reception for a cheaper price because it was 28.- for a single night. They then gave us parking for 15.- which is still quite pricey.

Really happy with our stay. Had a room overlooking the river with a view of the lift going up into the mountains. There was a kitchenette where we made ourselves breakfast. It was about 30 seconds to two minutes by foot from the restaurants we booked for the weekend. Rented skis across the street, spent the morning on the mountain (basement had lockers to store ski equipment at night) and the afternoon in the spa. The very large and strange “jacuzzi” on the upper floor barely worked (eventually closed) but the heated pool and other facilities - hammam, sauna, ambiance shower that played music while it changed colors - more than made up for it. The locker rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, though limited, was attentive, especially at the bar. We were able to use the spa until the afternoon after our checkout, which was a nice perk after a morning on the mountain but before a half day of traveling. The price we paid for the room was well worth the experience.
