Il Colle Bar Albergo Ristorante

We are so glad we stopped for lunch! Fantastic, homemade and original meals (we never had this amazing, white, unbaked lasagne with fantastic cheese in 15 years we travel to Italy). Every dish had a different sauce, baked potatoes were seasoned so well (I guess they were baked with different vegetables and herbs), you can see "cheesecake with nutella on the photo. Sounds fancy, but the atmosphere and prices were humble.

Stopped here on a whim during a drive to get lunch. Great homemade fare, friendly staff, and comfortable dining room. We had a farfalle dish in a cream sauce with bacon/speck and roast beef. Wonderful lunch on a beautiful drive though the mountains.

Even in late summer, this is an excellent stopping place for a snack and drink for both motorists and motorcyclists. If desired, you can also stay overnight. Pleasant approach and tasty meals.
