We were a large group with seven teenagers, and the unanimous opinion was that the house offers excellent value for money. It's a 5-minute walk from Porcía beach, a real luxury. The garden is beautifully maintained and well-equipped, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. It's not a newly built house; if it were, the price would be more than double.

What a shame about this house! It could have been spectacular, given the surroundings and the garden, but inside it's practically uninhabitable. It's full of damp, musty smells, and things are broken, like the dishwasher and the toilet bowls. One of the bathrooms is completely unusable due to its age, and we had to make do with only three bathrooms (for 14 people). The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It urgently needs a complete renovation. The only star I'm giving it is for the surroundings and the garden.

The house has a very large and well-maintained garden with a barbecue area. The furniture is very old, and the mattresses need replacing. The cleaning was extremely poor: dirty cutlery, kitchen drawers that were literally scary to open, cobwebs and bugs everywhere, and filthy bathrooms with stained towels—definitely the worst part. It smelled like it hadn't been aired out in ages. Overall, I don't recommend it.
