We came to the hotel for 4 nights to explore a little part of the island. Our stay was made so much more enjoyable, bythe excellent staff. Our bed was extremely comfortable and even larger than our own! We would have preferred a walk in shower. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional.Thank you to the team

Amazing hotel Staff were so helpful truly caring Food was the best seafood Room was excellent. Big shower immaculate with lots of luxury touches. Cozy fire and well stocked bar. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is situated at one end of Stornoway, but the rest of the town is within walking distance. Stayed here as part of a coach tour of the Hebrides. The best of the other hotels visited. Good quality rooms, with bath/shower instead of just a cramped shower cubicle. WiFi available. Breakfast and evening meals are very good. The room I had was a 'single' room. Hotel is recommended.
