Truly lacking in professionalism. Around mid-December, I had made arrangements with the hotel for a certain date, which had been clearly stated on several occasions. As we were almost confirming the booking after the holidays, and after a long chat, when we were already negotiating the price and actually confirming everything, they told me the room wasn't actually available and that they had gotten confused by not checking the reservations carefully. And that they couldn't find any other dates in either of the following two months. Embarrassing.

Excellent location, strategically located near the town and Mount Amiata. The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-maintained.

Friendly welcome, but breakfast is packaged. The annex needs a lot of work!
