Fabulous experience! We had planned to eat elsewhere but they were randomly closed. Great luck for us as that is how we found Stone House in Sneem! The best steak our whole trip!! & probably the best service too! They lady was so attentive and helpful, she even gave coloring pages for our toddler. We will definitely eat here if visiting again. Sept 4, 2024.

We loved our sole and sea bass. They were both superbly cooked to perfection. As there was a wait for the sole, we shared the salmon and prawns salad starter. That was just perfect. Friendly service too. No frill drink menu. Highly recommended!

We had lunch here on our way to Kenmare. The fish and chips was pretty good. It is intended as a wine bar, so I should have had wine instead of Guinness (which came in a can). The landlady was nice enough. I might try a different place next time, though.
