OTTO Hotel & Sun

On average I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars, with an extra 0.5 star as a bonus thanks to the very kind and helpful personnel. The hotel itself is clean and looks nice. The staff are very good and responsive. The restaurant is really good as well but that is separate from the overall hotel experience. The rooms have heated floors, but unfortunately they were ice cold. As a result, the night was not pleasant. I understand it is winter, but this is a 4-star hotel, so I expected better comfort. As for the SPA… yes 😂 probably the worst I have visited. You need to book a time slot, but even then it was overcrowded. There is a sauna, but the temperature was only around 45–50°C. There is a so called “sun room,” but it’s just chairs next to the pool and they were always occupied. There is also an aroma room, but there was no aroma at all. I assume the fragrance dispenser was empty. There was drinking water available in the area, but guess what it was empty too 😂😂 Overall, the staff and restaurant were great, but the SPA facilities and room comfort were very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful and peaceful place that makes you feel as at home. Very pleasant atmosphere with a welcoming and friendly attitude from the staff. The food is simply amazing! We stayed with a baby and this place is really child friendly with a very nice kid’s room. Every detail was taken care of. The location is perfect! We surely want to return and enjoy the lovely atmosphere again :)

Came across this hotel by a quick google search for hotels near the area I was visiting. The greeting I was given made me feel like I was part of the family coming home. The hotel is super clean and modern looking like brand new. Rooms very spacious and facilities are excellent. Decided to eat in the restaurant and all I can say is “Out of this world” the venison was cooked to perfection and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as it’s more than value for money. Thank you Christina for your hospitality.
