Lady's Mile Holiday Park

Would like to rate higher as we are regular visitors and have never had issues before, and this weekend started off well also. However, a small piece of glass was found in our hot tub, resulting in injury. I notified the team to bring it to their attention and hopefully prevent it happening again. However, they refused to take any responsibility, and I felt the blame was placed on us. We were absolutely not responsible and I felt the lady's mile team dealt with this very disrespectfully. I would warn other guests to take care when using the hot tubs

Arrived for our festive break. Caravan is a lovely size fir the two of us and Trevor the Dachshund. He loves the walks from the park and that everything is dog freindly on site. We got a very warm welcome on arrival plus a follow up call to check we were happy, which we were. We went to the clubhouse and had a very nice meal which was a fair price. We have a few days left but so far so good.

Standard of service from staff was exceptional from booking, in reception and the bar. We stayed on a quiet February weekend, as a couple so enjoyed the peace and quiet in a lodge. They have everything you need here for a family holiday. Indoor and outdoor pools, well stocked shop, fish and chips takeaway, gym, walk to the beach, and childrens and family entertainment in the bar and restaurant. Good breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus too.
