SCAM AHEAD! YOU RISK GETTING YOUR HOLIDAYS RUINED! You've been warned. We tried to book this accommodation via Booking.com, but there was an issue with one of the rooms (we are a group of 4 adults plus two kids), so we ended up calling the owner (in native Italian, so there was no misunderstanding or language barrier) and arranging everything through phone. We wired him the money to secure the reservation, it was 300EUR... and that was the last we ever heard from the guy. This was back in June. When we arrived at the place (end of August) the guy in charge (not the owner) was totally lost, did not know anything about us, our arrangement or the 300EUR. He kept repeating that the hotel was fully booked for the entire week. He made us wait three hours there with our little kids on a very hot day until he could reach out to the owner. By then, we had already found another accommodation (which was of course way more expensive). No apology was provided, no other solution was offered, nothing. Then the owner sent us a slip for the transfer of the 300EUR back to us, with typos everywhere, it took 72 working hours for the money to impact our bank account. On the plus side, they helped us with some Amazon deliveries we had over the entire week, and they let us use the pool even though we were not staying with them. One star overall, two stars for the super bad service but the willingness to help in the end.

Do not recommend this place! I book for my parents with a dog a room through the Whatsapp. I told that the dog is big (because i saw pictures on booking.com that other people posted review with a big dog picture next to the pool and it is PET FRIENDLY PLACE). Owner booked for my parents a large room on ground floor. When my parents arrived the villa worker didnt know anything about and said that all rooms are unavailable, then later they were saying that the dog is to big. To big for what? We booked a large room… So they didnt accept my parents with a dog. Do not recommend they could scam you and leave you with no option to stay.

Place with artistic soul owners. Polite gentlemen welcoming and helping at the BB. Surroundings of hous are very nice. Unfortunately, rooms needs refreshing. Glory time passed in 90ts. Anyway we are happy for time spent here
