I visited for an afternoon of meditation and sound healing in preparation for the new year. We used the annex that is used for such sessions. It is a light room with a good atmosphere. The hotel is located in a lovely spot on the lane leading down to Cape Cornwall. Even in winter it feels quite special.

Thelma allowed us to use the stunning meditation room to celebrate our beloved friend who has recently passed. We were made to feel at home, nurtured and taken care of with teas and coffees. The Fold Natural Therapy Centre
A fantastic retreat centre, with a pool that can be heated to body temperature (very rare in the UK). I have hosted 2 events here and can highly recommend Thelma and Nigel, the welcoming owners for their food and caring help. Near to the sea, it is also eminently suitable for B+B.
