CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN & COMFORTABLE Rosie, thank you so much for making our 10 year anniversary one to remember. Having grown up there, your knowledge of Dingle was very enlightening & your suggestions on where to shop & eat were spot-on!.Anchors away restaurant was Absolutely the best meal I think I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The resurgence of talented chefs coming into Dingle and preparing some of the most amazing foods with all locally sourced proteins & vegetables is amazing...NOTHING FROM A CAN !. After booking my vacation I did some research on Dingle and came upon an article that suggested Dingle has become the unofficial Foodie capital of Ireland, so true. If You enjoy some of the simplest ingredients prepared in the most amazing ways with local flavors you will fall in love with this place. Absolutely, by far, some of the best foods my wife and I have Eaten—PERIOD. And we are foodies from NJ, Having some of the best restaurants at our doorstep I think that speaks volumes. After telling Rosie we were going to drive into town, Rosie went beyond her rolls of a B&B host and drove us into town herself(several times), very nice. You can walk the short distance into town but the roads are VERY narrow leaving not much space too walk safely. Paul, Rosie’s husband, prepared an Irish breakfast each morning to your liking. Once again, all local ingredients!. One morning we were looking for something to do, she suggested we jump in the car and drive the ”Dingle loop” R559, what an amazing drive the scenery was so breathtaking, the livestock just roaming free On lush patches of green grass. If you’re looking for a TV, there isn’t one but trust me you’re not going to need it. By the end of the day you’re ready for bed...either because of too many pints or activities, or both. In closing, Even if you are unable to secure a booking with Rosie, DO NOT MISS OUT ON DINGLE IRELAND!!!!
