I have been visiting Transylvania since 2014. And the experience I had at Richis 22 was the absolute best thing that I ever had during my many visits here. The host Adana was very very warm and welcoming. Her genuine hospitality and kindness was a level I have never experienced anywhere else. Her home is a fully restored Saxon masterpiece, she is very well respected and connected to the community. She took time out of her life and went out of her way to show me around the local sights. Her English is fluent and her humour is as sharp as her hospitality. Her home is very clean and her cooking skills are amazing. Her home is spotlessly clean and vibrant and definitely 100 percent authentic Transylvania. I absolutely recommend Richis 22 for anyone interested in holiday in the magical world of Transylvania. The accommodation, the food and the tours she provides are all at a very high level of professionalism that left this seasoned traveler stunned with delight. You will never find a more perfect host or house than Richis 22. I will recommend this place to as many people as possible.

We went yesterday to have dinner in Richis22 in her beautiful and totally renewed barn. Adana was amazing, very friendly and giving advice to what to see around, what to visit. The food was amazing, we had a traditional Romanian cuisine with local and organic products only. We had meatball soup and a meat rice filled pepper with red wine and a rose alcohol bienvenue shot. We have visited the rooms as it is also a beautiful bed and breakfast. There are 5 rooms very well decorated with en-suite shower. 2 connected room can make a very nice family appartement. Conveniently located in the center but not on the main road. Easy to park. Definitely with a visit

Richis22 is a nice place very well marketed. :) The food was great, the host paying great care on this, the view we had over the whole place when having breakfast or dining was priceless. On the other hand, the courtyard needs a bit of maintenance which is quite difficult, the host being alone. If you like it a bit "wild" might be the perfect place for you. Pay attention when choosing the room, the one we had was quite "intimate": the toilet was exactly two steps away from the bed while the door is not exactly a door. :) Luckily we're making a lot of fun about the situation, but if you want something truly romantic it will get "complicated". :)) Also, we found it a bit pricey but overall we liked our stay there.
