HOTEL TREVI

I won't be returning. Some of the issue is mine as I do not speak Italiano. I did prepay for our room for an evening months prior. Prior to arriving I received mixed e-mail messages regarding a location to park our car which ended up being on the street. The property then sent a link to a form that required 20 fields to be filled in. Once completed it led to a dead link and could not be completed or submitted so that was a waste of time. The younger girl who worked reception in the evening was very pleasant and helpful however whoever answered the phone during the day hung up on me in less than 10 seconds when I didn't speak Italiano. (this isn't typical in Italy as they find someone or we communicate in texts which can be translated) The room itself was adequate and good value for the price we paid. I can't recommend this property for those who can't speak the language or who are driving a car.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The room (not economy room, hovewer for still very reasonable price) was very spacious with an almost direct access to the roof terrace. The staff was very friendly and uncimplicated. Especially we liked the Brutus and Lilo. A Breakfast has still some potential for improvement with less carbohydrates and more protein. We would with pleasure stay again in this hotel!

We spent a wonderful overnight here in November. It is a beautiful location with views over the valley below. The level of hospitality is amazing. The location fabulous. The hotel is clean and despite cold winds blowing outside, was quite comfortable inside. The amenities in the room were very nice. The one small item that would truly make this the absolutely perfect place would be to change the mattress on the bed. But for those who like quite firm beds they would be happy. It is definitely a hotel we would recommend highly and hope to return to in the future.
