TH COURMAYEUR

Very big hotel with a lot of room, a lot of noise, many rules and stress. I couldn't rest there at all. Waiterss were running, at the breakfast they took my plate away straight from my nose showing the clock becouse it was 9:55 am and breakfast was till 10:00 am. Very late check in, early check out. Noisy becouse it's located nearby main street. They are 'pet friendly' but only if your dog is max 10 kg. If you bring your dog they will ask €20 extra for the dog (propably they will tell you that they have to make extra room cleaning becouse of your dog- I can understand that) and that would be okay if they really do this everyday cleaning but they are not. They even didn't refill toilet papper. Prices for staying are very high anyway, but you will have to pay extra for everything else - €15 per parking per day (on overcouded parking by the street) - €20 per day for dog max 10 kg (without everyday extra cleaning, becouse it just didn't happend in our case) - €18 per person for swimming pool/ sauna for 1 hour entrance (you can only stay one hour per day) They don't have enough towels for spa area so in our case they gave me bathrobe (I wanted to go to sauna, what am I suppost to do in sauna with bathrobe without a towel?) Breakfast was poor (old dry sausages), dry foccacia, no veggies. Dirty plates and forks. The size of the room was comfortable, size of the bed too. But I'm still thinking how it's even possible this place has 4 stars... And we were not even during high season.

I had really bad experience with this Hotel. Last week(01/2026) we went to this hotel for the 6 day trip. We booked this hotel in October(10/2025).we booked 2 double bed rooms. Before the payments we wanted to know about the hotel,dinner,lunch, about the spa area and ect..when we are calling them they didn't give us proper answers .and also to contact them we hat to wait in line. For the 2 rooms with breakfast included we paid like 2100€(for 4 peoples)and we had to pay all that money before the 20th of December 2025. And we booked 2 double executive (they called that rooms) rooms. They send us a 4tos also about the rooms. When we went there the 2 rooms are really different sizes. The room that we had was really small and that room with roof edge in 6th floor. It's really uncomfortable for 2 people with all the laggages. Because there room also divided to two floors. It's really uncomfortable . With the heater we try to low the heat 🥵. But it's not working. In side of our room it's 28`c. And we complained that and we wanted to CHANGE our room then we went to the reception. Because they send us the 4tos it's not matching with that rooms they geve us. The receptionists was a guy he asked y we need to change our rooms.when we explained our reasons they told us they can't do anything we have to stay there. We paid all mony, we went there to spend our vacation, to listen this nonsense...?? After some argument they told us "tomorrow they will give us another rooms ". But it's never happened. They not returning bake mony also. In the rooms there was a balcony. But if some one with Fear of heights(acrophobia) i really recommend DONT PAY FOR THIS ROOM . Because it's look like a hell to me . If there were childrens tha balcony was really DANGEROUS for them . The staff was not friendly. Actually They are not helpful. Specially there are 2 guys in reception. To have a bathrobes in rooms we had to asked them 5 or 6 times . Our vacation was started with really bad experience 😕. And I have to say the foods also not good .👎👎

Good location close to the ski lifts and Sky Way to Mont Blanc. Very friendly and helpful team at the hotel. Good breakfasts and dinners. Small but nice SPA area. Doctor available in the evening.
