In from Canada, touring around northern Scotland. This is a good reasonably-priced hotel and well located near downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, and the bus and train stations. It was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Reese (sp. ?) who I believe is the manager in particular was patient, knowledgeable, and ready to help out when he could. Even in October was busy to capacity which is a reflection of its quality. I'd stay there again. One caveat: try to get a room facing away from the main road which can get fairly busy, but sill do-able.

This is by far the worst Premier inn i have ever stayed at!!! I have to use Premier inn at least once a week for work nationwide. I have noticed that over the past 2 to 3 years the quality of staff has improved hugely, they must have forgotten about this one... Bone idle teens/early 20's. All stood chatting to each other using foul language. Don't bother with restaurant either, bought meal deal when I checked in at 5pm only to be told they were busy and couldn't get me in until 8:30pm. I looked and counted 4 single men at 4 tables, the other 20 tables were empty. When i came to eat i was given a list of what wasn't available, would have been quicker telling me what i could have. If you’re staying at Inverness i would suggest trying one of the other 3 Premier inn as they can't be as bad as this.

I've stayed here before. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated fairly recently. Good location and well situated. Staff are always helpful and friendly in my experience.
