Entrance and check in at reception of the camping. Nice albergue but no kitchen. There are a couple of rooms with around 12 beds in each (2nd September it was just two pilgrims). You get onetime sheets and no cover although there are some blankets to rent for 1,5eur if you ask at reception. There is one bathroom with a shower. Apparently you need to check in before 6pm and you need to leave before 10am. Cost: 9eur

*I give my opinion on the pilgrim hostel section. A section is designated for the hostel, but they don't take into account that most of us who are commuting the Camino need a place to eat, even if it's just a microwave. There are no common areas or kitchens, and the bar's opening hours aren't usually suitable for breakfast or a coffee before heading out for the walk. It's my fault for not checking it out first, because we always carry it around behind us (it's so heavy), but it's impossible to heat anything up. Upon arrival, they explain to us that there's a private rock event going on, and that we won't be able to relax, but we're already there, and we think we don't care. But now comes the most surreal part, and I still can't explain it. At 10 p.m. (we're already asleep), children start arriving at the hostel, riding in on bicycles. After the scare and going out to ask, they tell us it's the daycare area and they'll be staying there. I can't explain this... why, in a pilgrimage zone, at that hour, they put some children to sleep, and they made noise until I don't know what time. We left very disappointed and tired, and still can't find an explanation.

I stayed there on August 9, 2025 as a pilgrim. Since it was the Gijón festival, it was impossible to stay in the city. The campsite has a building for pilgrims. It has several rooms with beds. There are only a few electrical outlets. There's only one bathroom, but you can use all the campsite facilities (including the pool). The restaurant is good, with sandwiches for €4.20 and a pilgrim menu for €13 (you can't share and there's no choice; it's a fixed menu).
