Excellent experience!! Perfect holiday with my family. Hotel is on wonderful location, with amazing lake view, great breakfast,restaurant, spa centre ,shuttle service to the ski slopes all day! Ski centre is great, especially for family with kids.

Stayed at this hotel in late December and for New Year’s Eve. It was great!The dinner was really delicious,the breakfast was pretty good and the staff they were really helpful driving us to the slopes.the bartender was also really friendly.overall I would recommend it for a ski trip to the Italian alps 🏂 There was also a local shop close by that had a lot of things ,we bought souvenirs from too

The location is absolutely stunning—probably the best positioned hotel in the village. The building is beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, with a solid variety of pastries, cold cuts, eggs, and even lactose-free milk. There’s also a small spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi, which looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Now for the downsides: Our room was under the roof, so half of it had a very low ceiling, which made the space feel cramped—especially in the bathroom. The bathtub was too small for an adult, and you couldn’t stand in it to shower. The toilet ventilation was incredibly loud, and only basic shower gel and soap were provided—no proper toiletries. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all, which really affected sleep quality. Overall, a charming hotel in a perfect location with lovely staff, but a few things in the room definitely need rethinking.
