Numa Munich Obersendling

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly furnished — you can tell they really pay attention to detail. The bathroom was absolutely amazing, modern and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: there’s a bus stop literally right in front of the door, which made getting around incredibly easy. I also want to mention Simone from the support team — I had a small question and she answered it incredibly kindly and professionally. Honestly, this is the best hotel in Munich. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We only stayed at this location one night. No staff but very easy to get in and out of the building/room with a PIN. Area seemed safe. Room was comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette where we prepared our meals. At least two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Seemed a bit far from the main center of Munich but there is a bus stop across the street. It appeared that buses stopped frequently at this stop. Also, it appeared there was a nice park across the street. Only issue was not enough room for two adults to set their luggage. Room was small but could have used a couple of luggage racks. I would definitely stay at this hotel on a return visit.

I’m very disappointed in this “hotel” — it’s actually not a hotel in there is no reception or any sort of amenities. There is no signage for parking, and getting into the building was confusing because it’s half traditional apartments. Beware that most rooms are on a very busy street. I also made a mistake in booking 2 rooms, when I found out I called right away for a discount. Though it was my fault and I admitted this, they would not cancel the second room that I had for 2 nights. Not even one night or a credit on my account. At a real hotel, they would usually help in some meaningful way. Most hotels have a 24 hr cancellation policy, this one has a 48. The rooms are at least clean if not a little small. I would avoid completely if you are looking for a traditional hotel with real customer service. I thought I would save a little bit of money by getting a slightly cheaper place, but I would definitely spring for actual accommodations next time.
