TADOU COZ - Gîte 100% vue mer

We booked for the view and the peace and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment is in a sorry state; it desperately needs a complete renovation from floor to ceiling, including replacing the outdated furniture. Cleanliness was also lacking, to the point that we didn't even cook there. We ended up leaving a day early. This is the first time we've been so disappointed with a rental. And it's not cheap, either. It's a shame that some of the money wasn't spent on renovating the place.

I stayed at the same place as BLHL67, whose review is listed here. I agree with their assessment. The view is magnificent, but the house is poorly maintained and dilapidated (see photos). The toilet is dirty and smells of stale urine. The shower curtain is disgusting. The "terrace" consists of a small patch of paving stones in front of the entrance, furnished with a wobbly table and dirty chairs. I just saw that V Claessens posted a positive review. This is the owner, who simply wants to improve her rating. This review has been reported to Google. We only communicated via messaging. Management was by key box. Not even a phone call to check if everything was alright. We were so disgusted that we left a day early. I left my review in the "guestbook," but I noticed that five pages were missing, torn out! Probably negative reviews. So, if you're looking for an overpriced rental with shoddy amenities, this is the place for you. A disgrace!

magnificent view!! accommodation currently being renovated, already very pleasant to live in and which will certainly be even more so in a few weeks. I recommend!
