Premier Inn Inverness Centre River Ness

Stopped over for work, the location was perfect from the train station and to my work site. Hotel was clean, staff were really friendly. My room was basic but perfect for the amount of time i was staying in it. The bed was soft and clean and the shower was brilliant for heat and pressure. Overall if i was sent to work up a I would stay again. The only reason my rating is not highter was due to the hotel restaurant being closed during my stay which meant trying to find food late at night.

The staff are really nice and helpful. If a room was available, they let me check in a bit early, and they also helped with luggage storage. The all-you-can-eat breakfast had a great variety of options, and it actually tasted good. The location is another big plus. It is situated right next to the River Ness, offering a good view, and is only a 10-minute walk from the bus station or train station. The room looked clean and tidy, but the bin wasn’t emptied when I first arrived, which shouldn’t happen. The room should be fully cleaned before guests check in. It wasn’t sorted until housekeeping came the next day. Also, the bathroom ventilation fan was extremely noisy. It gave out a constant buzzing sound that stayed on all night. The Wi-Fi connection was poor too, very slow and laggy when watching YouTube. Finally, although breakfast was good, the steak from the restaurant was the worst I’ve had. It is overcooked and very dry.

very pleased with the comfort and ambiance of the room. The unique purple strip lights on the bed added a touch of modern elegance. Furthermore, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did find the parking situation to be quite challenging. It was consistently difficult to find available spaces.
