Amazing place...nice staff...and location very relaxing...

Farmhouse 2 km from Bolsena, consisting of 8 apartments with private outdoor spaces. Located slightly uphill, 900 meters from the lake, the apartments are very clean and well-equipped, although a bit warm during the day. The outdoor space is beautiful, with a well-kept lawn and a swimming pool overlooking the lake, complete with an umbrella and two lounge chairs for each apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful. We paid the tourist tax of one euro per person per day immediately, with a receipt, and paid for the entire stay by credit card at the end of the stay. Everything was convenient and very regular. Good value for money. Lake Bolsena is worth a swim. Beautiful beaches and warm but very clean water.

My 2025 vacation was a paradise: the beautiful garden overlooking the lake, the friendly welcome from the owners who made you feel at ease, everything was perfect. I hope to return.
