Cockroaches in the bathroom, and the floor of the room I was given hadn't been cleaned. The place was difficult to find, and it was impossible to contact anyone. Luckily, one of the "roommates" living there, who seemed to be enduring the situation, was able to point me in the right direction. It seems like a place designed to maximize profit without any regard for travelers like us or the other people living there.
