Elmbank

A wonderful and helpful lady is running this hotel. With her hospitality and the nice rooms she is saving every hiker's life. We could use her kitchen, there was a bar with lots of different teas, a cozy living room, and we have slept so well. Everything was lovely and wonderful. - And we could leave our bag there for the baggage transfer. A+++++

Lovely little apartment, comfortable, warm and very reasonably priced. Could be noisy at night as the bedroom of the apartment faced onto a road, plus on the Saturday night the Drymen Inn across the road was blasting karaoke until 1am. This wouldn't actually put me off staying again, but consider taking ear plugs for sleeping if you're sensitive to noise!

This place is beautiful. We stayed here for a night when hiking the west highland way. We had a big double bedroom with a modern bathroom and garden access. Theres a wee living room to enjoy your time with a tea. The owner is lovely as well
