Hotel Hanoi in Wolfach

Unfriendly service and bland, basic food, made without any love or care. The waiter was wearing an AirPod while serving us and made no effort to be polite. The dishes did not arrive at the same time, and every meal from the menu had the same pre-made vegetables and the same sauce, only the meat differed. We had to call the waiter over every time we needed something, as he never checked on us. A disgrace to hospitality; friendliness costs nothing.

Upon arrival, the reception was unattended. After calling several times, someone came out of the kitchen who didn't speak German well. The beds in both rooms were unmade – we wanted to report this, but no one was available. We ended up sleeping in a bed with unmade sheets, and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was also missing the next morning. One night, and never again.

Nice hotel, a bit dated, but clean and quiet. You can park your bikes in the backyard. The food is also good. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.
