Albergo Mancuso del Voison

Not a good experience. The woman at reception was not very welcoming. I had asked for a room with twin beds, but only a room with a double bed was provided, even though I booked well in advance. The door to the ensuite didn't close properly. One of the shower doors seemed ready to fall off. There was an issue with payment and their first action was to threaten me with the police. The issue was settled within 20 minutes, but their confrontational approach left a very sour taste. Also, it is not cheap. I have stayed in better at lower cost.

Stayed overnight with friends on a ski trip. Service was amazing with the option of leaving our gear in their storage space. Very kind and friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable and a quick walk into the town of Aosta and to the Aosta-pila gondola. Would definitely come back ❤️

The staff here was lovely and made our stay (although only one night) a great and memorable experience. Our view from the balcony was also incredible! If I am ever back in Aosta I would not hesitate to come back to Albergo Mancuso del Voison. Would definitely reccomend for those going skiing at Pila as it is only a short walk from the rentals/gondola.
