L'Orri del Pallars - Casa Llop

We planned our stay at Espot, as a great starting point for hiking in rhe national park. We were looking for a house, as it is much better when traveling with a family. When looking in the pictures of the place and the scoring it seemed like a great place, however when we got there - it was much better!!! Our great vacation started with Ruth, the owner. We were supposed to meet at 1100PM. We got some delays on our arrivel. Ruth was waiting for us till 0300AM, and even gave us some food. We found the house and it were shocked - the place is amazing. The bedrooms are large, kitchen is fully equipped, large living room, games and even an indoor speaker. If you plan a visit in Espot - this is the place for you!

The place is very good, in a beautiful place, the house showed that no one had been there for days, the cleaning service was a bit scarce, because we didn't have any soap for the dishes. But the house is beautiful, quiet, and a good place to rest, you have a large garden space, in case you have children or pets. At night, going out on the terrace, you can see the stars, you can compete who sees the most!! The only problem was that when we arrived it was closed at night, and the search for the house became a game of hide and seek, It took us a little while to find it, and the communication at that time with the person responsible was 0. Then they apologized but the first night was a "night of discoveries", -Where was the house? Go there, and you'll see where the street ends, because there you have the Casa Llop sign, -Where was the light switch in the house? (sort of like the lights on the mobile phones) and it's in the hallway, in front of the bathroom, you have another clue, -How to get rid of the "noise" in the refrigerator, -how the blinds worked, (we're from the city) And yes, it was an hour and a half of discoveries and a great anecdote to share!

The house is 10, all clean with brand new things, perfect location and everything in very good condition. I haven't given it 5 stars because there are some things that I missed.. first of all you have to go 1 hour from the house to get the keys. Also, when you book through booking it is not very visible that pets have a supplement and where it says it doesn't guarantee it 100% (it says that a supplement may apply) you don't know for sure how much you will have to pay until you make the reservation, in this case it was €20 per pet per night, which we found quite expensive considering that they could leave something for the pets like many places do (bed, food bowls...). Finally, we asked if we could leave 15-30 minutes later than check out and they charged us €30, despite not having any reservations for today. For 15 minutes, I don't think it's from here.. But I would like to emphasize that the house is very worth it, we felt very good there and it was perfect.
