Claremont Hotel

Absolutely lovely hotel, very clean and our room (6) has it's own private outdoor seating area. The choice for breakfast is amazing and all the staff are very friendly. You couldn't ask for any more

We stayed here for 2 nights during our recent trip around Cornwall. Fantastic location only a few minutes walk to Polperro harbour. We arrived early and just planned on leaving the car whilst we could check in but we're informed that our room was ready which was an added bonus. All of the staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful from check in to breakfast service. The breakfast was really good, freshly cooked to order with plenty of choice. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was on the small side but that is to be expected in these types of locations. This was more than made up for by the free allocated parking spot right opposite the hotel which is an absolute bonus and rare find in Polperro. The nearest pay and display parking is located a few hundred yards away and is priced at £20 for 24 hours so it is definite a plus point for this hotel to offer such an amenity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Polperro, and we would definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.
