We vacated early, could not take anymore of the noise, it was very noisy, neighbours slamming doors, children screaming and yelling in the next apartment, builders next door hammering and banging all week.. it was not the peaceful and quiet place we thought it would be. The place was filthy, it smelt like a tramps jockstrap, cooking utensils were grimy, the main balcony door was broken so wouldn't close properly to shut out the external noises.l.. and the smell of cigarette smoke from the neighbours was disgusting.. The tap water was undrinkable, smelt like it came direct from the sea. Also the messing about at the start having to walk to some cafe for the keys, that took us 2 hours of waiting.. overall, not worth going to!!

The rooms were very dirty. There were three floors, and I stayed on the top floor, and there was dirt in the bathroom, on the nightstands, on the windows, etc. The whole house lacked cleanliness; there were food scraps in several places, the kitchenware was quite old and didn't reflect well on the house, and there was no cleaning service in the showers, etc. The location was the best thing about it, right in the middle of town, close to everything. But it doesn't make up for the poor service. If I were the owner, I would be more concerned about the service they offer. I usually write a lot of reviews when I go to restaurants, apartments, cities, etc., but I'm sorry, but this is what I experienced in this house, which I rented for four nights. In my opinion, the house is not suitable for renting in this condition, especially since I host several apartments on Booking.com.

We arrived on July 30th, booked for three nights, but only stayed one. The condition wasn't terrible, but the apartment was very poorly presented and handed over. The most notable issues were the musty and damp smell, dirty walls, insufficient lighting, a window that didn't close properly, excessive noise from cars and neighbors, and a dirty sofa and bedspread—the bedspread even had a burn mark. The microwave, light switches, and other details were also dirty. They offered to send a cleaner, but we don't think a simple wipe would solve the problem, mainly because of the smell. They said she would come up on August 6th to check it, but we still haven't heard anything. Things should be handed over in a different condition; whoever is collecting payment should verify the apartment's state. We left feeling awful and with flea bites. I have photos of everything. They kept the €100 deposit we paid. A terrible experience.
