View from there is amazing, close to beach, and very cozy.

A very nice and sunny apartment, with a beautiful garden, 5 minutes away from the beach, a little old school, like the district of the town around, but with all the necessities up to the highest standards. Overall the price reflects what I expected and maybe got even more than expected!
