Stayed in one of the ensuite rooms upstairs, wasn’t expecting much, but the standard of accommodation is surprisingly good. Everything in the room is to a high standard, nice deco, spotlessly clean, everything seems very new and of good quality. Nice comfy bed, spacious bathroom and our room had a sea view which was a bonus. The welcome from the staff was very good, efficient and friendly, the pub downstairs is a really nice cozy old place. Kitchen closes at eight, which was a bit of an inconvenience, however I understand why it wouldn’t make much sense for them to stay open longer, and very easy to find places nearby that would serve food (but only until nine). Very good breakfast included as well. Really great experience overall, would happily return.

What a lovely place to stay, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the place was rocking when we got there. I stayed in room 4 and it was stunning with a huge comfortable bed and great views out to sea. The room has a number of facilities and a welcome pack of biscuits, coffee machine, Cornish mineral water. The bathroom has a really deep bath that fills up quickly. It is spacious and a vintage style. The next morning the breakfast was lovely and really hot - great start to the day with proper bacon and sausage and vegetarian option too but hot and cold drink offered. The location is perfect with a short walk down to the main strip x Would definitely stay again

Few years since I've been back in this pub and what a renovation, very cozy and lovely atmosphere. The Bloody Mary was delicious at £8.50 😋🍹🎃
