Allt-na-Leven Guesthouse

My friend and I arrived soaked through in the middle of Storm Amy. We were there 2 hours before check-in but the whole town had a power cut, nowhere was open and we had nowhere to wait. They let us in early and despite having no electricity themselves, no hot water, no wifi and no signal, it was the best place we stayed along the West Highland Way. They made us hot drinks on the stove, managed to give us dinner when none of the pubs or restaurants were functioning, and a candlelit breakfast which was still large and delicious, and were friendly throughout even though circumstances were difficult for them. Really nice people, very comfortable room, and great service.

Great hospitality, very friendly owners and made to feel very welcome, great breakfast in the morning with flexible times. Rooms are of high quality and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend

We stayed here way back in April last year and I’ve been meaning to leave a review for months. The owners were amazingly helpful, helped us getting to the wedding venue when taxis failed by getting us a friend to run us there, lent us a decent umbrella for the event as we’d left ours at home Breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want on a simple checklist Will be back whenever we can find an excuse
