A warm welcome and an authentic atmosphere. The dishes are simple yet rich in flavor, enhanced by the fact that everything comes from the mountain pasture: the meat, cheese, milk, and vegetables are all homegrown, from the animals to their garden. Truly authentic cuisine, reflecting the local area in every bite. Highly recommended.

I don't like to write negative reviews; most of the time, I don't write anything at all, because, usually, one puts in the effort to open and support a restaurant and/or business, and it almost always deserves an appeal in the case of particular deficiencies. But, in this case, it's impossible to remain silent. The restaurant (a tent next to the brick building) was literally infested with thousands of annoying flies. A truly embarrassing situation, with people abandoning their tables because they were objectively unable to stay there. I understand that disinfection would be necessary, but it's too late now. I assume they're waiting for the cold to take them with it... But you can't let people eat in a situation like this. It's bad enough that no one called for health inspections... It's a shame, because the place is very beautiful, and the appetizer platter contained genuine products. The pasta... well... maybe I'd spend a few cents more per kilo because it's really basic school lunch fare... But everything is secondary to the fly problem... I've never seen anything like it, not even in a manure heap (what you see in the photo is nothing compared to the reality). Under "normal" conditions, the quality/price ratio is decent. Good service.
