We did a cooking experience with Bina and Massimo and it was AMAZING! They provided such good instruction, amazing food and made the entire night so much fun. They were welcoming and energetic and we wish we could’ve stayed longer to spend more time together! We learned how to make 8 different shapes of pasta from scratch, pizza, Tuscan specialty of fried pizza dough, ragu, and a secret recipe for “Binamisu” (a more delicious take on Tiramisu)! This experience was the highlight of our trip and is a can’t miss if you are in Tuscany!!

My wife and I took Bina’s cooking class during our honeymoon. Her and her husband Massimo were incredibly kind and hospitable. We learned how to make many different pastas, tiramisu, and some Italian appetizers as well. All the food was spectacular so make sure that you come hungry. They both speak fairly good English but at times needed to use google translate. However, this did not take away from the experience or fun at all. Highly recommend!

We didn’t stay at the villa but did take the pasta cooking class. It was the best experience we had. Bina and Massimo taught us how to make pasta on the beautiful veranda over looking the groves. We went inside and listened to music, sang, made desserts (best “Binamisu” ever! lol). Then enjoyed the wonderful meal with the pasta we made. A great teacher and chef!! Would love to come back and see them again. Best hosts ever!! Skip the stainless steel kitchen with 20 other people! Go see Bina!!
