Value more than 5 stars - I found everything in this place so beautiful and charming, I felt like I was staying at a beautiful villa with lots of beautiful & artistic collections. People here are so kind, foods were all homemade / locals and exceptionally tasty. I felt home. I’ll come back here to enjoy grandma’s meal again. I love the beautiful village and friendly people in this area.

So, where do do we start? Let’s begin with the positives to keep things polite. The food, both dinner and breakfast, is very nice—especially dinner, which we had twice. It was really good: two courses with dessert for €25 per person. Now, onto the negatives. We had two major inconveniences during our stay. First, communication was extremely difficult. I speak three European languages professionally, yet I was almost always unable to communicate with them. The most frustrating part was that they kept responding in their own language, even after I had clearly stated which languages I understand and which I don’t. Persistently responding in a language the other person cannot understand shows a significant lack of respect and a degree of arrogance. I also don’t believe the owner has bad intentions—especially the younger woman who handled breakfast. She did try to help, which was appreciated. If you plan to visit this place, make sure to clarify everything upfront. If you don’t speak their language, things can easily go unnoticed. For example, you need to book the spa separately each day, or else it can be fully booked—even though there are only four rooms in the property and the spa is open from 4 PM to 8 PM. Lastly, the woman who cleaned our room was very rude about the dogs. We paid an additional €24 to bring them, which should cover extra cleaning costs. Yet, the cleaning lady was visibly upset about the smell, making no effort to hide her frustration. After being direct and firm with her, she eventually calmed down. At the end of the day, that extra charge likely contributes to her salary—so just do your job and don’t complain. In business, the customer is always king.

Adorable boutique for the people who likes quite and warm hospitality. 💙 The hosts are great, the mountain view from the window is wow. And the spa is just amazing for such a small place. But on top of all of this, the best feeling is knowing that you give your money to the right people, and this family was so thoughtful and nice to us. 💗 On one evening we wanted to leave to town while it was heavy snowing outside, and the owner insist that we won't leave because its not safe, and she even offered us to take her car (she didn't know that we got winter wheels so its fine) only when she knew we are safe to drive she let us go. And last but not least - the grandma is a great cook! and always having the cutest smile on her face🥹💗 Even tho we don't speak the same language she never give up on trying to talk to us and help us🫶🏻
