Quiet area yet close to major roads. The owners are very welcoming and kind. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very convenient for reaching Viterbo, 10 minutes away. Just one piece of advice: update the furnishings, especially the mattresses and bed bases, which are unfortunately very uncomfortable.

The cottage is too dated. The bed is uncomfortable, the furniture is from the 1970s, as is the electrical system. The kitchen has a boiler whose flue pipe runs through the kitchen area with a elbow joint. The mosquito nets, where present, don't stay down, even though they're badly needed.

The property is well-built and welcoming. There's no air conditioning, but that's not a major drawback.
