The Studios Montreux - Swiss Hotel Apartments

Great experience. I was here with my boyfriend and we had such an amazing time. The cleanliness was on point. We were confused with what to do in Montreux since it was our first time here, we got good ideas, recommendations on what to do from the amazing staffs from the reception. They were very kind and helpful to us. We had cleaning service where by the house keepers would refresh the place for us when we were out. Will definitely come back here again and try their other branches.

This place is super nice. Me and my best friend had been looking for place in Montreux and nothing was fitting to our liking until we saw this one. It was so nice. The bathrooms were amazing. The room itself was very cosy to be at. We felt like we were home, it gives you the home vibe and relaxed feeling. overall it was Amazing.

I cancelled my booking within the free cancellation time frame but yet my credit card was charged. Made multiple attempts to contact the hotel about this, and received absolutely no response after their first email reply to me as follow "I trust this email finds you well. Greetings from Montreux. We thank you for your message and the information, your email will be directed to our financial department and given the fact that your cancelation has been done according to our cancelation policies we will proceed it and will come back to you with the update. ASAP." It's been a month of no response. TERRIBLE.
