Linde Hotel Restaurant Bankette

Very old fashioned restaurant and hotel. I found Escargots in menu, which I really enjoyed ❤️👌🍾🥂 we also took Kalbsleber with Rösti, which was good, however not my favorite. Very friendly service ❤️ I think the menu in the Restaurant is very traditional and heavy. I would suggest to add some light healthy things, like salads that you can take as a main course. Hotel: Very good for a short stay. Located next to the old city of Baden. 10min walking from Railway station. Very old style, very clean and most important has a beautiful view to Baden and Stein Schloss (ruins of it). I liked towels - good quality. There is no shower cabin, but only a bathtub. The bed was comfortable. There are enough mirrors in the room - important for a woman! I think it's a very good hotel for business people.

We ordered the giant schnitzel because we'd heard the restaurant was known for it. But when the schnitzel is half as thin as a normal one, it doesn't really qualify as "giant" in my opinion. Unfortunately, it tastes almost entirely of breading; you can barely taste the meat. The fries were good!
