As its my first time to visit zell am for thr first seen and view .. I beautiful city to be visited either with family or friends a place where u can rebuild up your inner soul again a place where u can breathe a fresh air .set ..eat . Enjoy the beautiful nature which not touched by a human.. trees.. roads people are very friendly..this hotel apartment was a well equipped with all nesscarly cooking facilities the view from the balcony its a breathtaking i love it

Amazing location in front of the lake. Good apartment with suitable size for families but the rooms was small and no locks inside. Plus the pillows was not comfortable. There is an air conditioner but we felt that nothing working. Comparing with the price, more amenities should be there and more services can be added. Cleaning worker wasn't friendly at all !

Honestly, the apartment has nothing good about it except the view. The place is extremely hot, the fan is the only thing that works, and there are insects and spiders near the balcony. On top of that, the tax fee is exaggerated, and they keep charging for everything. They even charged us for parking when we don’t even have a car, and cleaning fees even though no one cleaned the place. There are fines for everything. Everything is far from the area—if you’re walking without a car, it takes at least 15 minutes. There’s only one small grocery nearby. Also, if you want to get the keys, you have to go all the way to Kaprun to collect them. There is no reception and no staff at the property
