The truth is that for me there is only one thing I have to complain about, my husband and I went for a weekend, nothing to say about the reception staff, both David and Sara always kind and helping us with whatever we needed, everything about the spa was incredible, personal jacuzzi massage, Lucia was lovely... but the cleanliness in the room (not at all in the rest of the hotel and the spa) for me left a lot to be desired, arriving and finding a glass covered in plastic but with paste on the bottom, mirrors not cleaned, neither in the bathroom nor in the room, toilet not cleaned either but with the sanitizing strip... really a shame
