This place is run by a person who is accusing us of causing damages, without any evidence. Upon arrival, they make you sign a paper that says you are responsible for the damages you cause. Then, a week later, money is deducted from your account, without any claim or evidence of damages. The man diligently copies your credit card number onto paper upon your arrival. A sophisticated machine for scamming guests and causing frustration. We are now fighting through consumer protection agencies in LT and LV, as well as through Booking, to get back 420 euros for a one night stay that costs 188 for two families. Check the photo to know what to expect from their racketeering. The guy cordially insisted on speaking Russian or German, to a group that doesn’t speak either. A disgrace to an otherwise interesting town to visit. Echoes of history, and sad ones at that! Avoid this place like the plague, dear friends and strangers!

Villa owners are very friendly and hospitable, it was our pleasure to meet them and stay over night. Thank you for everything! The villa very well located: there are parks, sights, and beaches, cafes and shops nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Also a common space and kitchen facilities are very well equipped. I recommend to stay for a short or long stay. Safe parking on site is also provided.

A classic family-run guesthouse. The hosts personally greet guests, explaining and showing them everything. Your key comes with a remote control for the gate and a parking space, so you can leave and return at your own pace. Our building had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for storing and preparing food. It was convenient. Breakfast was available for 14 euros per person—a bit pricey, but still decent. What I didn't like was the squeaky bed, the cheap, used linens, and the odd selection of toiletries in the bathroom (for some reason, they only gave one small towel, but two large ones). Overall, everything was quite decent; the location is excellent for a beach getaway. We had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, but the host immediately fixed it and offered compensation for the inconvenience. It was a pleasure.
