A very well kept hotel , spotless clean , generous rooms , and cared for with love by the owners and staff. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I have experienced in three weeks staying in hotels in Germany and the dinner were very delicious. I can highly recommend this place in the beautiful black forest.

I've been here for diner with wife and two kids (7 and 10). Good restaurant, friendly atmosphere and great menu. Portions are really big, i was hungry but had difficulty finishing my meal. Mainly meat, some fish, excellent flavours.

We happened upon the restaurant on our way back from Triberg. My friend had a wonderful dinner there and I had the Black Forest cake, which was also quite delicious. The staff was very gracious and helpful even with the language barrier. We were able to sit at the outside terrace in the back and enjoy a beer/ wine after dinner which was a pleasant experience with all the flowers, garden plants, and stream.
