Hotel Bellevue Terminus

This hotel was one of the best run hotels I’ve been to. The interior was beautiful, and rooms were so clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location with easy access to mountains and restaurants. The views from the room were absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Anyone who is thinking about booking here, just do it, you won’t regret it.

In Average I'm disappointed with this hotel. We were staying there half-board for the weekend, from Friday to Sunday, meaning two dinners were included in the price of the room. After the 1st dinner (despite appetizer, main and dessert we were still hungry), they told us we had to pay for the meal + drink but then the meal would be discounted from the room, as it was included in the price. Why not, it a strange way of doing but why not. However, I took in total more than 30min for our group to pay, and that's not OK. Efficiency must be improved. Breakfast is OK but nothing fancy and not at the level of a 4*. Room is OKish, good for a 3* but not at the level of a 4*. Television is small, no wall plug near the bed, and the door system in the bathroom is annoying.

Very happy with location and service and also breakfast was nice. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the pillows. Extremely soft and definetely not offering good support for sleep. Everything else was good.
